Judit Ábri von Bartheld, MCC, ACTC

Judit is an executive coach, team coach, mentor coach and a coach educator on all levels. She has been an ICF Assessor since 2013. In 2014 she established, and since has been running an ICF ACSTH / Level 1 coach school (CHN International Coach School). In 2024 CHN International Coach School received its ICF Level 3 Accreditation for their MCC Mastery Accelerator program.

Judit is also an ICF accredited team coach (ACTC). She received her accreditation among the first ones worldwide in 2022. CHN International Coach School was also awarded the ICF AATC team coach training accreditation in 2023. In 2021 she acquired the Henley Professional Certificate in Team Board and Systemic Coaching, and in 2023 she became an assessor on the program. In 2024 she became a GTCI Certified Systemic Team Coach Senior Practitioner among the first ones globally and was invited to join as a Systemic Team Coaching® Faculty Member having completed  both the GTCI Foundation and Practitioner programs earlier. Between 2017 – 2024 Judit worked as a mentor coach and an assessor at Henley Business School, Reading University, UK and contributed to the introduction of the ICF coaching standards to the PCEC coach training program. She received her MA Professional Practice in Coaching from Middlesex University, UK. Her program - Coaching Without Borders Hungary (CHN) - has hosted more than sixty well-known speakers from the global world of coaching over eight years. Judit has developed the Hungarian version of Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Guide. Judit was invited to be an evaluator on the ICF Impact Awards several times. She is a contributor to the ACC and also to the MCC ICF Assessors’ Guide Book and a member of the ACC Task Force for ICF Assessors.
