Judit is an accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) coach since 2017. In the same year she completed a Master’s degree in Professional Practice in Coaching at the Middlesex University, London, UK.

She is member of the International Coaching Federation since 2010.

In 2021 completed the Henley Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching and also the Global Team Coaching Institute’s Practitioner Team Coach programme organised by WBECS. Currently studies on GTCI Senior Team Coach Practitioner programme headed by Peter Hawkins.

In 2022 among the first ones globally she became ICF ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching) credentialed team coach.

Since 2014 she runs – in Hungarian – the CHN International Coach School Hungary, an ICF 64 hours LEVEL 1 coach training programme. She works with her own model the „LAZY” coach. In 2023 her 64 hours team coach training programme offered under CHN International Coach School gained ICF AATC (Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching) certification.

Since 2013 she works as an assessor for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) on several levels and she is also part of the WBECS Facilitator Team since 2017.

Since 2017 she is member of the Henley Business School (Reading University UK) PCEC coaching tutor team, she runs  practical mentoring classes and works as a marker on several coach training programmes.

In her coaching projects she works with 2 tools, 2 online tests as Business Practitioner:

Motivational Maps and Neuro-Agility. In both areas she also trains License Practitioners.

She is the Hungarian coach partner of several international coaching firms.

She is a FORBES Coaches Council member.

As a coach she runs her coaching company (Coaching Without Borders Hungary) since 2009, works globally and frequently speaks at events where she shares her extensive coaching knowledge and experience.

She has a MA degree in Humanities and English literature and a post- graduate diploma in Public Relations.
