Testimonial

Eszter Ladányi, Senior Project Manager:
“I had the pleasure of learning Team Coaching from Judit. However, the training was more than just learning about Team Coaching. Judit shared her experience, and coach mindset through the processes, which gave me the opportunity to develop as a coach, and get real experience in Team Coaching.
I found externally helpful the environment she created with the team. We could openly share, learn and support each other.
She provided me guidance and support to help me reflect on how I can use team coaching in my professional life. We had the right balance of learning about team coaching, and experimenting with it. With Judit we not only got the knowledge, and experience, but also showed us what an amazing coach she is.
She is neutral, non-judgmental, emphatic, and focused to help overcome challenges I faced during my learning. I am thankful to Judit and will always remember the impact she had on my career.
I thoroughly recommend Judit’s training for coaching/team coaching.”
